As a retailer Theeves Trucks is purely an internet business and for that reason we do not have a Theeves Trucks showroom for retail customers to view our products. If you would like to view our products we encourage you to visit one of our stockists. Payment and Purchasing
Q. What payment methods are accepted?
The Theeves Trucks online store accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments. We also accept PayPal payments.
Q. Can I pay for my order upon delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer payment upon delivery, as our couriers are not equipped to receive payments. As such full payment is required before your order is dispatched.
Q. Is it safe to make credit card payments online?
The Theeves Trucks website uses SSL Encryption and all payments made on the Theeves Trucks website are processed by the eWay Payment Gateway which is highly reliable and secure. We also offer PayPal as a payment method which is highly secure.
Q. Is local pickup an option?
Due to occupational health & safety (OHS) regulations at our warehouse we are unable to facilitate pickups of our products. All orders must be delivered using our extensive courier network.
Delivery
Q. Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?
It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as our couriers will require a signature as proof of receipt. No orders will be left unattended. For your convenience, we recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option.
Q. Does your postage fee include insurance?
Yes, freight costs include full insurance.
Q. How do I track the progress of my delivery?
By close of business on the day your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with full tracking details and information so that you can monitor your order online and in real time.
Q. How long will delivery take after dispatch?
Typical delivery times expected are:
- USA Domestic - Approximately 1-3 business days
- International - Approximately 7-14 business days
Please note these time frames are estimates, and our couriers will endeavour to meet these estimates at all times.
Q. When will my order be dispatched?
Dispatches occur Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Warranty
Q. What are your warranty terms and conditions?
Theeves Trucks warrants all goods for a period of 12 months under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Mystery Skateboard’s liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this (or any implied) warranty free of charge. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse;
- Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified;
- Any indirect or consequential loss.
This warranty applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. All works carried out by a party under instructions from Theeves Trucks will be covered by the 12 month warranty on workmanship and repair. If the workmanship of the repair is deemed by Theeves Trucks to be faulty a new item will be provided. All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded.

Theeves Trucks is committed to the excellence of our products and providing first class customer service. A very responsive after sales department is available to help you with any queries after your purchase. Most issues are resolved within 24 business hours.
